Clarksville Could Sell Town Hall And Land
Last updated on Wednesday, December 26, 2007
(CLARKSVILLE) - Clarksville officials will study whether the community should sell its town hall and the more than 20 acres it sits on.
Redevelopment Director Rick Dickman says the real estate could fetch as much as 18 million dollars.
The Southern Indiana town purchased the site in the late 1980s. Since then the area along Veterans Parkway has been developed.
Dickman says he plans to ask his agency next week to consider studying whether it makes sense to sell.
