Accused Killer Of Boy Now In Jail

(CROWN POINT) - A man recently arrested in the 1979 torture killing of an eight-year-old Northwest Indiana boy is now in the Lake County Jail.
44-year-old David Bowen was extradited from Maine, where he was arrested after DNA evidence linked him to the death of Kenneth Conrick.
