Vacation Companies Sued By State

(CROWN POINT) - Three companies that operated a timeshare and travel club sales center in Crown Point have been sued by the Indiana attorney general’s office for alleged fraud.
The lawsuit filed in Lake County claims that Harbor Management, Harbor Management of Colorado, and Vacation Resort Management, misrepresented terms of consumer contracts, failed to provide products and services and refused to honor refunds and prize giveaways.
