(INDIANAPOLIS) - Secretary of State Todd Rokita’s office is collecting prepaid phone cards to send to American troops overseas.
Rokita says he decided to start the drive after visiting an American military hospital in Germany this summer, where wounded soldiers told him they couldn't call home because the Army didn't cover international calling charges.
