Patoka Woman Faces Prison Sentence For Death Of Newborn

(PRINCETON) - A Patoka, Indiana woman faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted of neglect charges after police found her newborn baby dead in a cardboard box in the basement of her home.
22-year-old Vanessa Robinson is scheduled to appear in court December 4th.
State police began investigating after Robinson went to the hospital. Doctors determined she had given birth, but the baby was unaccounted for. The baby was later found in Robinson's home.
