Man Pleas One Day Before Shooting Trial
Last updated on Tuesday, November 27, 2007
(FORT WAYNE) - A Fort Wayne man has pleaded guilty in a June murder outside a Fort Wayne tire store.
Robert Mosley's plea bargain limits his sentence to 45-to-50 years. He could have gotten as much as 65 years if he'd gone ahead with tomorrow's trial in the murder of lonnie Shelton.
A witness told police Shelton had gone to the store to meet Mosley and settle a dispute. Instead, Mosley allegedly drove up, yelled something and started firing.
