Circle Of Lights Ceremony To Light Up Monument Circle

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Close to 100-thousand spectators are expected on Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis tonight for the traditional Circle of Lights ceremony.
The entertainment begins at 6 o'clock--including a duet by gospel singer Sandy Patti and Colts Tight End Ben Utecht.
The lights come about ten minutes before eight.
