Wife Suing Posey County And Bike Club For Husbands Death

(EVANSVILLE) - A woman is suing Posey County, the Evansville Bicycle Club, and the driver she says killed her husband last year.
Linda Wolf says her husband Sam was killed while riding in the great pumpkin metric in 2006. Police say a 2000 Jeep Wrangler collided with wolf's bike.
The Evansville Bicycle Club is accused of failing to put a safe route in place.
