Restaurant Shooting Results In Man's Death

(MARION) - One man died and another was critically injured in an early morning shooting in the Icehouse Restaurant in Marion Saturday.
22 year-old James M. "Jimmy" Mack died at Marion General Hospital. Justin t. Riddle, also 22, was hospitalized in critical condition.
Marion police arrested 33 year-old Dennis Roberson, near the restaurant after the shooting, after witnesses reported he fled the scene.
The incident began with an argument and escalated until witnesses said Roberson pulled out a handgun and began firing.
Roberson is being held at the Grant County Jail on preliminary charges of murder and attempted murder.
