Rep. Murphy May Face Charges In Alleged Hit-And-Run
Last updated on Thursday, October 25, 2007
(INDIANAPOLIS) - A special prosecutor is expected to be appointed in the hit-and-run case against State Representative Mike Murphy.
The Indianapolis Republican has not been charged with a crime, but the handover of the case by police raises the prospect of a misdemeanor.
A woman told police Murphy's car struck hers in September while it was parked outside an Indy bar.
