Property Tax Solution Coming, Says Daniels

(UNDATED) - He’s said it before, but the governor promises to have his plan for a property tax fix ready to unveil by the end of the month.
Governor Daniels again says it must be a permanent fix, thus be a constitutional amendment. Daniels points to three prior attempts to solve the property tax problem, all three have failed. The governor says this time the fix must be fair, far reaching, and final...three aspects he will insist on.
The governor says nothing else major will be addressed until this issue is over.
