Meth Taken Off Streets During Raid

(NORTH VERNON) - North Vernon police took a large amount of methamphetamine off the streets following a raid Monday night.
Officers discovered nearly 115 grams of crystal meth - also known "ice" - 20 packaged bundles of power heroin, digital weigh scales, paraphernalia and a stolen handgun.
The estimated street value of the seized drugs is about 17-thousand dollars.
The investigation is still going on, and several arrests are expected.
