Police Claim Homicide In ISU Student Death

(TERRE HAUTE) - The investigation continues into what happened to Scott Javins.
Police discovered Javins' vehicle in the Wabash River just south the boat ramp in Terre Haute's Fairbanks Park. They pulled the car out and on Saturday a forensic anthropologist confirmed Javins' remains were inside.
Police are calling the case a homicide. Javins went missing over five years ago.
