Jeffersonville Students Light Up Press Box

(JEFFERSONVILLE) - Three Jeffersonville High School students have been jailed for allegedly burning the Red Devils’ soccer press box, officials said Friday.
Two of the juveniles are 17, and the other is 16. All three have been recommended for expulsion from the school after admitting to some level of involvement in setting the fire.
Surveillance video showed the students skipped their fourth-period class and witnesses saw them near the soccer field. Around the time of school dismissal, people noticed smoke coming from the press box.
It took 15 firefighters from Jeffersonville Fire Department and McCullough Volunteer Fire Department more than 15 minutes to put out the fire.
