(MICHIGAN CITY) - Animal control officials in Michigan City were forced to put a pit bull puppy to sleep after he was doused with gasoline and set on fire.
Authorities say a neighbor called police when she spotted 4-month-old snoopy on fire.
The animal's owner, Andrea Davis, says her pet had been on a leash tied to a stake in her fenced back yard.
No arrests have been made.
