(BROWNSTOWN) - Attorneys for a teenager accused of killing a truck passenger in a sniper shooting are asking that key evidence against him be thrown out because it was illegally obtained.
Zachariah Blanton is accused of shooting at traffic last year from an Interstate 65 bridge.
