Steak-N-Shake President To Leave Position

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The president and CEO of restaurant chain Steak-N-Shake stepped down Monday amid declining company stock prices.
Peter Dunn spent five years as leader of the Indianapolis-based chain. Chairman Alan Gilman will replace him as interim president and CEO.
Dunn says he is resigning to pursue other interests.
