(JASPER) - Two letters sent to the federal government opposing a time-zone change in Southwestern Indiana were apparently forged.
The typewritten letters to the U.S. Department of Transportation appeared to be from residents of the small town of Ireland and Parishioners of St. Raphael Catholic Church in Dubois.
But town residents and church members say their names were used without their permission.
