INDOT Closes Bridge Until Next May

(MICHIGAN CITY) - A bridge closed by the Indiana Department of Transportation near Michigan City will not re-open until May of 2008.
INDOT closed the bridge, following federally ordered inspections in the wake of the Minneapolis bridge collapse
The Indiana 212 bridge between US 20 and US 12 was closed last week, after inspectors found corrosion on the span supports.
