Elkhart Man Sentenced For Murder

(GOSHEN) - An Elkhart man faces 55-years in prison after being sentenced for murder Wednesday.
Henry Garcia was charged with murder and gang activity in the shooting death of 14 year old Rogelio Reyes.
The Goshen middle schooler was shot to death near a youth dance club in February of 2006.
Police said Garcia was driving the vehicle from which the fatal shots were fired.
