Carnival Worker Assused Of Molestation

(CROWN POINT) - A carnival worker faces a third charge of molesting a girl at the Lake County Fair earlier this month.
Judex Colon III worked at the "ghost pirate" ride at the fair. He'd already been charged with molesting a five-year-old girl and an eight-year-old girl.
Now police say a 13-year-old victim has come forward after her mother read news accounts of those charges. The latest accuser says colon rubbed her stomach, hugged her and asked for a kiss after she got off the ride, then told her not to tell anyone.
Colon is charged with child molesting, confinement and sexual battery.
