Office Shooter Pleads Guilty

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The man accused of shooting four co-workers in January has pleaded guilty to aggravated battery charges.
Jason Burnam was set to go on trial today, but entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors just before jury selection was set to begin this morning.
Under the terms of the agreement, Burnam can not receive more than 60 years in prison when he's sentenced on August 2.
Burnam was accused of walking into the crossroads industrial services, 8032 East 33rd St in January and opening fire with a hand gun. Two men and two women were shot in their legs - all recovered from their injuries.
After the shootings, Burnam's mother said her son was bipolar and on medication. However, doctors who examined Burnam for the court determined that he was competent to stand trial.
