(INDIANAPOLIS) - A 61-year old Indianapolis man faces charges of corrupt business influence and receiving stolen property.

An undercover sting had officers sell copper cable to Troy Flanagan even after he knew it was stolen. Investigators say Flanagan would resell stolen items.

Police ended up recovering numerous tools and impounded 14 vehicles from the business. The Secretary of States office is also involved in the investigation.

Police say Flanagan has a criminal history dating back to 1964.
