Truck Driver To Change Plea
Last updated on Monday, May 28, 2007
(PORTLAND) - A truck driver charged with causing a crash that killed five people may change his plea to guilty Tuesday on charges stemming from the crash.
Michigan trucker Robert Spencer had previously pleaded not guilty to causing the April 2006 crash in which his semi trailer crossed the Interstate 69 median and hit a
Taylor University van.
A change of plea hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday in Jay Circuit Court.
