Plea Bargain For Trucker Who Killed Taylor U. Students/Faculty

(PORTLAND) - A Michigan trucker has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from an April 2006 crash that killed four students and a staff member from Taylor University.
Thirty-eight-year-old Robert Spencer pleaded guilty to five counts of reckless homicide and four counts of criminal recklessness.
The judge took the plea bargain under advisement. A sentencing hearing is set for August 14th.
