Fighter Jet Pilot Safe After Crash

(VINCENNES) - A military spokesman says the pilot of an F-15 fighter jet that crashed Wednesday near Evansville ejected safely.
The jet was from the Missouri Air National Guard's 131st Fighter Wing from Lambert Field in St. Louis.
The aircraft was reportedly conducting standard training maneuvers as part of a four aircraft formation.
No other aircraft was involved in the crash.
