Teen Pleads Guilty To Regatta Accident

(MADISON) - An 18-year-old has pleaded guilty to charges connected to driving his car into a crowd during the 2006 regatta in Madison.
Michael Bowen has pleaded guilty to three counts of recklessness causing serious bodily injury and three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
He faces up to four years in prison. Sentencing is set for June 7th.
