Suspected Killer Turns Himself In

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The suspect in the killing of a 22-year-old pregnant mother of three has turned himself in to Indianapolis Metro Police.
18-year-old Jeffrey Whitsey has reportedly been named by witnesses as the shooter. But police don't believe he intended to kill Jamitra Mitchell.
Police want to talk to a man who argued with Whitsey.
The victim's funeral is today. She had three small children and she was pregnant with a fourth.
