Indy Boy's Death Solved

(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis boy’s death has been solved.
Elijah Simpson was brought unconscious to a hospital Friday and declared dead. Police say the four-year-old suffered a skull fracture at the hands of his mother's boyfriend.
Police arrested 23-year-old Christopher Montgomery and filed murder charges against him Saturday. Elijah's mother, 24-year-old Courtney Simpson, was also arrested and charged with neglect of a dependent.
Investigators say Montgomery had been physically abusing the boy for more than a month.
