(MADISON) - A Madison cemetery hampered by flooded graves and an office fire is now facing legal trouble.

Several Indiana and Kentucky residents have sued four banks and current and former owners of Grandview Memorial Gardens.

The plaintiffs claim that millions of dollars they paid in advance for funerals and burial services have dwindled down to $100,000.
