(UNDATED) - The storms have passed and now the clean up and damage assessments begin.

Officials with Hamilton County Emergency Management says 6 houses and 8 garages or barns took damage, when a tornado touched down near Arcadia. It's from the same storm cell that created a funnel cloud near Lizton Wednesday night and damaged several homes.

David Bice with Hamilton County Emergency Management says this is the worst damage he's seen in 6 years. National Weather Service meteorologists say, in total, 4 tornadoes hit Indiana Wednesday. Tornadoes touched down in outside of Terre Haute, twice in Hendricks County, and east of Arcadia. No serious injuries were reported.

Hendricks County Emergency Management officials say they are still waiting on damage assessments for their harder hit areas.
