Sentencing Scheduled For Henry County Man

(MIDDLETOWN) - A 53-year-old Henry County man faces at least 15 years in federal prison after being convicted of taking pornographic photographs of a boy who had been left in his care. Sentencing for Dick Noel is set for June 1st.
State Police raided Noel's home in August 2005 after receiving warnings from Florida authorities who had discovered transcripts of internet "chats" between Noel and a convicted sex offender in that state.
In those conversations, Noel claimed to have sexually assaulted a boy he routinely baby-sat for.
