Phelps Charged With Sex-Related Felonies

(MUNCIE) - A Muncie man is facing sex-crime charges.
44-year-old Jeffrey Phelps is charged with eight sex-related felonies.
Police arrested Phelps in October on allegations that Phelps provided a 15-year-old boy with rum and marijuana, showed the boy pornography and had sex with the teen at least 10 times.
Delaware County prosecutors this week filed charging documents against Phelps for 13 crimes, listing as victims the 15-year-old boy, a 12-year-old and three others described only as children less than 18 years old.
