(INDIANAPOLIS) - Several dozen people assembled outside the Christ Church Cathedral on Monument Circle Thursday for a rally in support of fair wages for cleaning and maintenance workers.

The "Three Cities-One Future" campaign kicked off in Indy, Columbus, and Cincinnati, as janitors start collective bargaining talks with cleaning contractors in all 3 cities.

Janitors at the rally say many contractors give them poor working conditions and low wages, with very hard work, in many cases.

Those attending the rally marched from the Circle to HDG Mansur, a real estate investment firm that uses janitorial companies.
