County Recorded Charged After Stalking Woman

(TERRE HAUTE) - The Vigo County recorder has been charged with a number of criminal counts after allegedly stalking an employee.
Police say Raymond Watts had inappropriate contact with a female worker, including touching her and making unwanted sexual advances.
Officers also allege Watts tailed the woman around the city on her lunch breaks. The alleged actions took place during the last 13 months.
