(UNDATED) - A new survey shows a popular incentive for workers is a simple “thank you.”
35% of employees and thirty percent of chief financial officers say being thanked is the best non-monetary reward available to them.
It rates higher than getting more responsibility or being treated to a social event or team-building workshop in terms of popularity.
