Despite Evidence, Man Pleads Not Guilty

(ELKHART) - The man accused of abducting his former girlfriend and her four children from their Elkhart home has entered a not guilty plea in court.
Prosecutors also allege Jerry White shot a man before kidnapping Kimberly Walker and her family.
White and the Walkers were found at a motel Tuesday evening, not far from where the alleged abduction occurred.
The man White is accused of shooting, Lathie Turner, is in critical condition but is expected to make a full recovery.
