Sentenced Man Asking For Death Delay

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The defense team for a New Albany man sentenced to death for killing an Indiana state trooper is seeking a delay in his planned execution.
Fifty-nine-year-old Norman Timberlake is scheduled to die in January.
His attorneys claim he shouldn't be put to death because he is insane.
