(MUNCIE) - Several of the celebrities who are reserve Muncie police officers for a CBS reality show have already managed to get in trouble.

Police chief Joe Winkle gave them a verbal warning after they used their police radios to sing initiation songs about joining the department. That's a violation of FCC rules about misusing emergency frequencies.

The celebrities are using a backup radio frequency during filming of the show to avoid conflicting with regular radio traffic. Winkle says his warning should put a stop to misuse of the radio frequency and he hopes his action will keep the city and the celebrities from getting into further trouble with FCC officials.
