(PLAINFIELD) - Duke Energy says when its new coal-fired electricity plant is built in Knox County, it’ll be eligible for millions in tax credits.
The company says more than $130-million in deductions should come from building the $2.1-billion plant.
The plant will create 100 permanent jobs and 2,000 construction positions.
