Indiana BMV To Offer New Plate
Last updated on Friday, December 29, 2006
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana motorists will be able to purchase a new “Support Our Troops” plate starting Tuesday.
Governor Mitch Daniels says a portion of the sales will go to a fund for the families of deployed Indiana National Guard members and reservists.
The plate depicts part of a waving U.S. flag, a yellow ribbon and the words ``Support Our Troops.'' It costs an extra $35.00.
