Website Available For Safe Online Shopping
Last updated on Tuesday, November 28, 2006
(STATEHOUSE) - The State Attorney General’s Office has set up a website to help consumers determine just how much they know about safe shopping online.
An interactive quiz at www.indianaconsumer.com offers questions which gauge how much people know about scams which can be perpetrated via the internet.
Attorney General Steve Carter says the recent online shopping boom has created a need for more safeguards and information campaigns related to internet retailing.
