(UNDATED) - It will cost you a little more this Thanksgiving to fill up on turkey and pumpkin pie.

The Indiana Farm Bureau has released results from its annual Market Basket Survey in which shoppers in Indiana and other states go into grocery stores and price traditional Thanksgiving menu items.

IFB spokesperson Kathleen Dutro says it will cost about $34.71 this year to feed a group of ten with a 16-pound turkey and other mouth-watering treats like sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie.

She says turkey prices actually stayed the same, but energy costs associated with processed foods caused the slight increase.

Dutro encourages shoppers to look for seasonal specials to help make their Thanksgiving holiday a less expensive.
