Shopping Survey Lists Top Gift

(UNDATED) - A recent Deloitte and Touche USA Holiday Shopping Survey shows that 69-percent of respondents say they will give gift cards this holiday season, making it the number one gift item.
Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter warns that when buying gift cards, you need to know what you are getting.
He says Indiana does not have any laws regulating gift cards.
Carter says it is important to know the terms of the agreement with each gift card because they vary from retailer to retailer.
