International Adoption Can Be Overloading

(UNDATED) - Following the high-profile adoptions of children by several celebrities, an Indiana mom is voicing her thoughts on international adoption.

Dillon international representative Karen Price adopted a baby girl from Haiti 14 years ago and says the process is not an easy one. She says the complicated procedure involves massive amounts of paperwork and patience with most international adoptions taking more than a year to complete.
