Indiana State Police Graduates An Orleans Native

(EVANSVILLE) - Indiana State Police graduated 29 new troopers from the first Lateral Academy.

All 29 graduates were experienced police officers with at least three years of full time employment.

One of the graduates is a native of Orleans. Thirty-year-old Ryan Johnson graduated from Orleans High School attending Vincennes University receiving an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. Johnson was a Vincennes Police Officer before joining the Indiana State Police.

Trooper Johnson and his wife Kalissa have been married for 4 years and live in Vincennes.
