Indiana Electric Company Bought By Arkansas Electric Company

(MADISON) - A Madison electric company has been sold to an Arkansas firm.
Baldor Electric will pay almost $2-billion in cash and stock to acquire Rockwell Automation-Reliance Electric.
Reliance Electric makes large motors and has more than 220 employees. The sale should be finalized in January.
