(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University’s Bloomington campus is the scene of literally hundreds of ghost stories and legends.

The I.U. Department of Folklore and Ethnomusicology is sponsoring its 5th annual campus ghost walks in which ticket holders can learn all about the various "hauntings" at I.U.

Co-organizer Rhonda Dass is a doctoral student in the I.U. folklore department. She says college campuses are hotbeds of ghost storytelling, as students use the stories to relate to the long history of locations they themselves will probably only inhabit for a few short years.
