Venue Change Sought For Harbison

(PETERSBURG) - Attorneys for accused triple murder suspect Nicholas Harbison have filed a motion seeking a change of venue request.
Harbison is scheduled to stand trial January 31st in Pike Circuit Court.
Authorities allege Harbison fatally shot and stabbed 18-year-old Keela Lynch, 21-year-old Daniel White and 17-year-old Rebekah Acorn in a cornfield on July 17th.
A hearing on the change of venue motion is set for September 28th in Pike County.
