(INDIANAPOLIS) - A former Marsh Supermarkets executive is suing the company.
Jodi Marsh alleges she was not given the full amount owed her in a compensation package when she resigned in February.
With the damages tripled as part of the criminal complaint, lawyers say Jodi Marsh is owed $2.16-million.
